SPEAK UP: STREET HARASSMENT STORIES
The project is about street harassment experienced by Asian women living in Paris. Based on my own experience, I started the project photographing other women that went through something similar, trying to understand more about it and seek for any possible connotation with looking “asian”. I portrayed each girl that shared her testimony, as well as the places where they were harassed, aiming to shed some light on this often unnoticed problem.
