Cristina Hara is a Peruvian documentary photographer and visual storyteller, currently based in Lima, Peru.

She graduated from PUCP University with a bachelor in Geography and Environmental Studies, where she became passionate about nature, travel and photography. After that, photography became her main tool to address relevant matters and to document the life in her country. As her passion for photography continued growing, Cristina decided to move to Paris to study at Spéos Photographic Institute. Currently she is a Women Photograph mentee in the 2019 -2020 Women Photograph Mentorship Class.
